The owner of the house passed away in a seniors facility. The owner had many “treasures” of sentimental value which the Executor directed us to send to a relative on the west coast. Remaining items were either auctioned, donated, or disposed of. Once emptied, the house, including the refrigerator and stove was cleaned, ready for sale. Although the house was clean and tidy, there were a lot of bits and pieces to be dealt with. Our team is experienced and efficient.
